My Philosophy

Therapeutic Modalities

I work with a wide variety of clients & have extensive experience with adolescence & young adults, but also enjoy working with older adults. I  have an ecclectic, humanistic and relational approach to therapy and utilize many different therapeutic modalities in my work; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR),various forms of  Play and Art Therapy and of course Puppy Therapy.
